Dr. Brian Capra is a chiropractor and 2002 graduate of Life University in Marietta Georgia.  As an athlete and health enthusiast Dr. Brian was turned on to chiropractic principles and philosophy after a sports injury in 1997.  He immediately knew that chiropractic was his calling.
After graduation Dr. Brian moved to Orlando, Florida where he worked in a high volume, education based and family oriented practice.  After some time Dr. Brian returned to New Jersey where he was born and raised, to open his own practice in a health club.  He quickly applied the practice style and began educating patients with chiropractic principles and philosophy.  His practice grew quickly as his passion for giving patients the same information that his chiropractor gave him motivated him to success.
After just a few years in practice Dr. Brian realized that it was this principles of chiropractic that made the biggest difference in a patients life and what made lasting life changes, more so than any technique.  As he began to analyze how he could run a more efficient and profitable practice he realized that the old methodology of practice management was somewhat limited.  Results where good but not as consistent as could be.  Dr. Brian realized that if chiropractic philosophy and principles were going to become the driving force in the decision making process for people around the world he needed a more consistent and reliable methodology of delivering these principles to more people.  His mission of developing the best methodology for doing so regardless of practice technique began.
Dr. Brian began to look at the chiropractic practice methodology from three main standpoints.  Technology, people and process.  He quickly realized the first area to be addressed was the way most doctors were running there businesses.  A switch from purely the number of patients seen to the profitability per patient interaction needed to be made.  In being congruent with his passion Dr. Brian also knew that a measure of the amount of "principle delivered" per patient interaction needed to be considered as this would ultimately be what would drive the growth of chiropractic to its rightful place as the leader in the future of true health care.
Dr. Brian realized that the first place to start was internally in the practice methodology before turning to the actual patient interaction.  Practices needed to be more efficient and profitable before they could increase the capacity to educate and see more patients.  Dr. Brian realized that there were some unique advantages to using web based software to make this happen.  In addition the profitability problems that faced the practices today needed were many and growing in number.  None were bigger in Dr. Brian's eyes that this health insurance landscape.  With complicated billing process, coding, and compliance issues as well as decreasing reimbursements and rising premiums, Dr. Capra realized that the first area that needed to be addressed was the insurance billing and collection process.  He saw an opportunity to use web based practice management technology to automate the process creating more efficiency and leveling the playing field against the payers.  The same principles would be applied to patient life-cycle management and integrated into one system.  In 2005 Dr. Capra started Billing Precision.  Billing Precision became the first chiropractic office profitability management system and merged practice management software and chiropractic billing service into one product.
